academic and private research to individuals and educational institutions
in the developing world.
Limited usage is also permitted by private individuals and educational
institutions elsewhere, as follows. Access from educational and non-educational
institutions is permitted provided they make a contribution towards the
indexing costs by subscribing (US $400 remains the annual subscription
for the year 2003 - unchanged since 2000).
Limited access from educational institutions is permitted free of charge.
We take limited access to mean less than 100 searches in a year.
