At last ... another BICA!

June 1992

This issue of BICA has been produced under the editorship of Dr. Janet Bagg in the absence of Dr. Fischer who is on study leave. It is mainly concerned with the use of database systems and includes a general article which is intended for people who know very little about such software. A few notices and advertisements are included at the end. If you are involved in work using a computer (academic or applied research, innovative teaching methods, writing specialist programs) or examining the social impact of computer technology we would be interested in receiving an article or notice from you.

We hope that BICA will soon be forming an alliance with CAAN, her sister publication in the USA which will provide both a wider distribution network and a larger pool of potential contributors.
